About me
Experience That Protects Your Property
I’m Travis Lara. I built Bay Area Compactor & Chute Specialist from more than a decade of hands‑on work and leadership in compactors, balers, and chutes. I rose from technician to Lead Technician and Foreman, fixing the hardest problems, training crews, and keeping systems safe and reliable. Those years taught me how vital these systems are to buildings, property managers, and the communities they serve. I started this company to raise the standard.
What I bring:
10+ years of experience and proven leadership
Countless construction projects installing compactors, balers, and trash chutes
Clear, honest communication
Work done right the first time
Durable solutions that protect your building and budget
This business is personal. When you hire me, you get real expertise, integrity, and care for the job and the people it affects.
I’m a hands‑on professional who treats every project like it’s for my own home. I draw on years of experience in compactor and chute systems, so I know how to diagnose problems quickly, recommend practical solutions, and complete work reliably and on schedule. I stand behind my work — I won’t leave until the system is safe, compliant, and operating as it should.
I care about the people who rely on these systems: building managers, maintenance teams, tenants, and service crews. I communicate clearly, arrive on time, keep work areas tidy, and respect your property and occupants. If issues arise, I explain options honestly and help you choose what’s best for long‑term performance and cost efficiency.
When you hire me, you’re not getting a faceless contractor — you’re getting a dedicated partner who values safety, transparency, and lasting results. Your priorities become my priorities, and I’ll treat your project with the same attention and respect I would give my own.
